FLORENCE- Toby Sowell, 11, passed away at surrounded by his family on February 14, 2021. Born on April 7, 2010, he was a Lhasa Apso. Toby loved to chase squirrels and do tricks for treats. Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Cynthia and Joe Sowell; and a fur-sibling, Zoey.
