COLUMBIA- Taco Johnson passed away on May 17, 2022. Taco was adopted by the Johnson family from a shelter in west Columbia in January of 2009.
Taco, also known as “Taco Man,” was a Chihuahua. Taco loved playing with everything and enjoyed eating and chasing big dogs. His favorite place to sleep was with his humans and loved to eat lunch meat. Taco was fiercely protective of his siblings when they were children. Whenever dad would play with the kids, Taco thought he was hurting them and would try to attack and prevent him from going near them at all cost.
Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Sharisse Johnson; siblings, Sharisse, Jr., Dwayne, Arthur, Bella; and a niece, Serenity.

Thank you for your kind words LeAnne. I’m sorry for your loss as well. 🙁
Taco, I can’t believe you’re gone. We knew it was your time, but that doesn’t change the fact that losing you hurts any less. You brought so much joy to our family and was the BEST protector EVER! I hope you know how much you truly meant to this family.
I love you my sweet Taco.
