COLUMBIA- Rex Brownie Johnston-Davis passed away on December 1, 2022. He was born on April 1, 2002 in New York City.
Rex Brownie, also known as “Papa” or “Rex,” enjoyed car rides, sleeping, chasing his human siblings, and sleeping on the edge of his Mom’s bed away from noise and clutter. His favorite food was Beggin Stripgs, collard greens and McDonald’s sweet tea. His favorite toy was a bouncy hand ball and a toy loone. Rex hated noise, crowds of people and being yelled at. He loved to visit open grass areas like parks, New York to see snow, and the kitchen.
Rex’s family will foundly remember every park trip, family trips to the Poconos, when his oldest human brother gave him a mohawk, and when his sister, Mona Lisa, was brought home.
Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Shanikqua and Antone; siblings, Fiesty, Jaquasia, Vinny, Junior and Rasia; and special friends, Bubbles, Tyrus, Damona “Mona Lisa,” and Bella.
