BISHOPVILLE- Josh passed away September 8, 2023. He was born July 16, 2009 in Sumter, SC.
Josh, also known as “Doodle Bug,” or “Doot,” loved going to the ” Clemson Room” with his parents and siblings to watch Clemson Football. Josh also loved going to his granny’s house in Seneca and running in her HUGE back yard and visiting his cousin Charlie in Lake Wylie.
Josh’s favorite toy was a stuffed monkey Dr. Charlie White gave him in 2009. It was repaired and sewn up 20 plus times over his years, he loved it so! His favorite foods ranged from green beans, popcorn, prime rib, carrots, and canned dog food! Always grateful and never picky!
Josh’s parents had so many memories of him, but his Mom’s favorite is when he would always wait on her when she was leaving a room and would turn around several times to make sure she was okay and still right behind him. One of his Dad’s favorite memories was Josh always riding with him shotgun on the way to the dump, or to pick up ice cream in Columbia for his Dad’s ice cream truck, the Yummy Wagon.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents’, Larry and Wendy Chapman; and siblings, Tucker and Jo.
Josh is met at the Rainbow Bridge by his sister, Jazzy, and cousin, Charlie.

Josh, we will miss you! Tell Charlie we miss him, too. You three try not to get in too much trouble chasing squirrels by the rainbow bridge. Take care of each other. We will be along later to pick you up and take you to heaven with us. Much love, my furry little friend!
Love,
Kathryn, Michael and Connor
