Mondo was born on April 15, 2012 in Lugoff, SC. He passed away on June 27, 2024.
Mondo also known as “Monster,” “Angel Soft,” “Baby,” or “Nugget,” loved greenies teeth whitening sticks. He loved begging for food. His favorite toy of all time was his blanket.
Mondo’s favorite place to sleep was with his Mom and Dad in his king size bed. His favorite food to eat was prime rib.
Their favorite memory of him was how he loved the beach and his Florida dog park buddies Carlos, Scooter, Sasha, Tobey, Doggie, Frankie and Bubba.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Bill and Jenn Hayes; siblings Molly and Mule. Waiting for him at the rainbow bridge was his brother Wookie.

Mondo was the best! He and Scooter made many memories together and with their friends at the dog park in Florida.🌴Mondo was one of a kind, had a great appetite and was the fastest eater anywhere! He loved eating competitions with Scooter, and especially getting to Scooter’s bowl first. The boys played and slept and disagreed just like brothers!! He loved his Mama and Daddy BIG!! We will all miss you so much, Mondo…❤️
We loved Mondo and visiting him and his mom , dad, and siblings in Florida and South Carolina. He will be missed. Love and hugs mom and dad.
Mondo welcomed his park buddy, Carlos for sleep overs when Carlos’ moms, Liz and Kate went on short trips. Carlos was welcomed into the king bed to sleep and hang out.
I am so sorry . I was hoping for a better outcome. He was one of a kind definitely. He gave love and knew he was loved. He was be missed by everyone.
