Edith Mansfield was born on November 5, 2011 in Camden, SC at Mansfield Manor. She passed away on August 1, 2024.
Edith, also known as “Brown Bear” to Lori O; loved her Nylabones, the ring and a good ole wishbone. Her favorite activities included hunt test training, swimming and retrieving. Her favorite place to sleep was on the leather loveseat in the den. Her favorite food was whatever was is in the dish.
Their favorite memories of her were the long rides to hunt tests, going to New England in the summer and visits with Fr. John and the Zimmerman gang. They also enjoyed watching her train with Anna and Cara. The times they all spent with Karen Stewart and her gang and staying at Suzi’s was always special. They LOVED it all!
Left to cherish her memory is her family. She was predeceased by her parents, Ashfields Mystery Reader”Maude”,JH,SH,CGC,CC x GCH Willcare To Fly Under The Radar”Walter” JH; siblings, predeceased brother Gurdon Mansfield(rip,MA), living sister Iris Cronin(WV) +4(NC, SC, FL,NH). She was also predeceased by her housemate Turner.

You were a grand dame and my Mom. Your earthly time is over, you will live on in our memories and hearts. Thank you for bringing me to my family and the good life I have.
