Piper was born on December 19, 2012 in Kershaw, SC. She lived most of her life in Lugoff and Elgin, SC. She passed away on September 3, 2024.
Piper, also known as, “Pipes,” “Littles,” “Pooper or Pooper Scooper,” and “Babes” loved to play with her squeaky bone and her yellow “baby.” Her favorite activities included sitting outside in the sunshine to sun bathe. She loved that! She also loved playing “Ready, Get Set, Go!” Her favorite place to sleep was always in her Mommy or Daddy’s lap. Her favorite food to eat was cheese.
Their favorite memories of her were when she would play with her toy, pushing it up with her feet and throw it around the room. She would take her “baby” and snuggle it and carry it with her to bed. She loved to bury herself into the laundry. They loved watching her around their son. When she played in the snow for the first time was special, and swimming in the pool when she was a pup made them smile. They will never forget bringing her home for the first time in the middle of an ice storm. Most of all her snuggles. She would always nuzzle into their necks and give love and occasionally try to sneak in a couple of licks.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Bailey and Brandon Medley; human sibling, Henry; fur-siblings Bear (dog), Bean (cat) and Piper had a daughter, their other dog Claire.
