Rigel found her forever home with her mom on January 12, 2017, with her best friend Whispurr. She came from the Pilot truck stop exit 159 Near Bowman, SC. She passed away on January 8, 2024.
Whilst her mom remained scary to her, she was not so scared to come within touching distance for her food and she especially liked canned food. Until recently she always took the same spot on the kitchen counter.
Her best friend preceded her in death by two months and whilst her mom wished she could have healed her, there is some peace knowing they are together again.
Left to cherish her memory is her mom, Caroline Rowland.
