Picasso was born on September 22, 2009. He was gotcha’d by his family on December 19, 2009 at the Petland Arboretum in Charlotte, NC. He passed away on April 13, 2025.
Picasso, also known as “Casso,” “Casso Tater,” and “Bubba,” loved going from bed to bed in the house (he had one in almost every room) and snoozing. Those were his most favorite activities to do. His favorite place to sleep was in front of the glass storm door on a sunny day soaking up the sunshine. His favorite food were TREATS!
Their favorite memories of him were when he would wait for his sister, Kennedy to arrive home – Then using all his energy, doggy skills and charm to get his afternoon treats.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Tim Henderson and DeeDee Brawley; siblings, Kennedy Henderson and Dallas Chavis and a host of other relatives who loved him. Picasso was a good boy until the end and will be missed dearly!

Picasso was a very intelligent guy…he knew exactly who to “love up on” to get what he wanted/needed be it a belly rub or a treat! Miss you sweet guy.

Picasso was a very good boy always. I don’t know of time when he was not a good boy and well behaved. During the times that I would look after him, I would say to Remy often why can’t you be a good boy like Picasso.
I will miss him.
