Brandi was gotcha’d by her family in September of 2013 in Rock Hill, New York. She passed away on May 24, 2025.
Brandi, also known as “Fuzzy Butt,” “Mama,” “Mambear,” and “Boogiebear,” loved her old football. Her favorite activities were hiking and camping. Her favorite place to sleep was between her parents with her head on Emily’s shoulder. Her favorite food was watermelon.
Their favorite memories of her were when she ran in the snow, hiking up Kings Mountain, playing fetch, swimming and sharing snacks, and cuddle time by the fireplace.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Emily and Shawn VanLoan, fur-siblings, Bandit and Blue.

Brandi its been two weeks today almost to the hour. We still miss you more and more every day. Some times I still think I hear your paws in the floor, and the shower door stays open incase your spirit needs a cold place to lay. Your pictures are placed all though out the entire house . Your ashes and paw print sit comfortably on the headboard above where you used you sleep. I miss you ! LOVE you lots momma bear
