Jake Black

Jake Black was born on March 3, 2015 in Columbia, S.C. He passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

    Jake, also known as “Jake-Lynn,” “Man-Man,” “Jimmy,” “JB,” “Jakers,” “Baby” or “Pookie,” enjoyed chewing on squeaky toys, and playing tug-of-war. His favorite food was beef stew and animal crackers, and he loved to sleep on his cow bed in a nice quiet place. Jake’s favorite toys were his octopus toy, video game toy, ring toy, and a bone. Some of the best memories of Jake was of his birthday parties and when he would put on his wardrobe.

    Left to cherish his memory are his mom, Carolyn Black; and siblings, Destine Timmons and Kayla Timmons.
