BJ was born January 6, 2008, in Conway, SC. He passed away July 14, 2025.
BJ loved to play with his squeaky yellow bone and bear. He also enjoyed curling up in a blanket to nap, playing with his brother, car rides, and cuddling with his auntie.
His favorite place to nap was on his doggy day bed in the living room, and he loved to snack on any human food he was allowed to eat, especially chicken nuggets.
His dad’s favorite memory of him was when BJ was little. He would rummage through the trash to find food and then hide when he was caught.
Left to cherish his memory is his dad, Kabra’ Benford; brother, Winston Barkley Benford; and auntie, Marsha Jackson.
He is preceded in death by his sister Briana “Bri” Greene.
