Forever Our Little Ms. Daisy Mae Sunshine 🌸☀️🐾
Born in Columbia, SC, on the last day of 2010, Daisy came into the world with a light that would shine for nearly 15 years. She was the beloved daughter of Marbea, Scott Dad, and Craig, and cherished sister to Meredith, Elliott, Maggie, Max (her boy), and her fur-sibling Ruby, aka Baby Dog.
Known affectionately as Little Ms. Daisy Mae Sunshine, she filled her family’s lives with warmth, joy, and unconditional love. Daisy’s favorite toy was simply called Baby, which she carried with the tenderness of her big heart. Her favorite pastime was laying in the sunshine, soaking in its warmth, and making it her own special place.
Her favorite place to sleep was always under the covers in the “puppy pit,” cuddled close to the ones she loved most. When it came to treats, Daisy had a special fondness for her Advent Calendar treats, which she anticipated with delight.
Her family treasures so many wonderful memories of their sweet girl:
- Barking until her bed was moved into the sunlight, showing her determination to always find her warm spot.
- Walks around the block in her tutu skirt, turning heads and spreading smiles with every step.
- Searching for chicken wings in the front yard with unmatched curiosity.
- Being taken to school for show and tell, proudly showing off her charm and winning hearts instantly.
- And the sight of Daisy running and hopping like a bunny in open fields, full of life and freedom.
On September 26, 2025, Daisy passed away, leaving behind a family who adored her more than words can express. Her sunshine spirit will never fade; it will live on in every beam of light, every soft cuddle, and every sweet memory.
Rest peacefully, Little Miss Daisy Mae Sunshine.
