Molly Girl — lovingly known as Molly, Molly Girl, and Venus — danced her way into the Beaty family’s hearts in December of 2009 when she was adopted in Lugoff, SC. From that moment on, she became the little Chi with the biggest personality, a tiny guardian with a fierce heart, and the baby girl Bettie and Kirk didn’t know they needed until she was theirs.

Molly was surrounded by a whole crew who adored her: her human brothers Adam and Andrew, and her fur brothers Kevin and Simon. Together they formed a pack full of love, laughter, and plenty of Chi-attitude. She took her job of watching over the neighborhood very seriously, proudly surveying her domain from the front porch with her brothers by her side.

Her favorite toy was her Lambchop, but her favorite place was always with her people. She loved curling up on the back of the chair, where she could supervise everything while still claiming her cozy throne. She enjoyed all the best foods — chicken, sweet potatoes, and scrambled eggs — especially when shared with love.

Molly had a feisty spark that made her unforgettable. She took naps with her Daddy and brothers, snoring louder than anyone (even those much bigger than her!). She loved to dress up, posing patiently while Mama took “just one more” picture — or twenty. And every Christmas, she delighted in riding around to see the lights, barking at any decoration that dared to move.

For 16 beautiful years, Molly brought joy, comfort, and endless sweetness into the Beaty home. She was small in size but huge in presence, filling her family’s lives with warmth, personality, and unconditional love.

Molly Girl, you were truly one of a kind.
You were cherished every day of your life, and you will be missed beyond measure.
