In Loving Memory of Quinn Bruce
March 27, 2018 — March 25, 2026
Quinn Bruce, lovingly known as Harley Quinn or Quinny Quinn, was a one-of-a-kind girl whose big personality and even bigger heart made her unforgettable to everyone who knew her.
Born in Jefferson, South Carolina, her breeder Shayla Kissiah gifted Quinn to her forever family. Quinn immediately became the beloved companion of Breyana and Rob, and a cherished part of a loving family that included her siblings MaHailey, MaHarleigh, and MaKenlee, her “boo thang” Oakley, and her newest buddy Charlie. She brought laughter, comfort, and a little bit of chaos wherever she went — and that was exactly what made her so special.
Quinn lived life on her own terms. She loved to eat (especially anything that wasn’t dog food), happily enjoying all the human leftovers she could get. She adored her plastic pool, and when she wasn’t snacking or playing, she was likely snoring away, completely content.
Her favorite sleeping positions said everything about her personality — whether she was flipped upside down on her back or curled up on someone’s lap, she always had to be close. Even though she thought she was a lap dog, she often preferred being a footrest… just so she could stay connected to her people at all times.
Some of the most treasured memories of Quinn show just how deeply she was loved — like the time she needed comfort at 2 a.m. and was talked down through a video call while her family was away. Even from a distance, the bond she shared with her people was unbreakable.
Quinn was full of quirks, love, and personality. She brought smiles in the quiet moments, laughter in the chaotic ones, and comfort in ways only she could. She wasn’t just a pet — she was family, a best friend, and a constant presence of love.
Though her time here was far too short, the impact she made will last forever.
Run free, sweet Quinny Quinn. You were so deeply loved, and you will always be missed. 🐾🤍
