Blythewood- Winter Watford, 4, passed away on December 19, 2022. Born in Blythewood on May 8, 2018, she was an emotional support animal.
Winter, also known as “Winter-Winter Chicken Dinner,” enjoyed running through the farm creek and pond and loved nature and would frolic thru the woods on adventures. She did not have a favorite toy, but she absolutely loved rolling around outside in the sun, so in a way nature was her favorite toy. Winter hated cold temperatures, despite her name being Winter, she loathed being cold. Her favorite place to sleep was under the blankets in her favorite chair or curled up with her mamma, Angie.
Winter didn’t care for expensive food or treats, she was a cheap “date!” She loved visiting the creek and pond on the farm, Aunt Barbara’s for treats, and Uncle Mike’s room for cuddles and to take up all of his bed space. There are so many favorite memories of Winter that are all the families favorites, but watching her hopping and frolicking down the trail down to her spot in the woods to meditate and nature watch and her seeing ducks for the 1st time and seeing the amazement and confusion on her face all at once will forever be how she is remembered by her family.
Left to cherish her memories are her “Momms,” Angie and Buffy; dog fur-sibling and baby sister, Lou-Lou; cat fur-siblings, Beans, Vax, Charleigh, Red, Rocky, Paisley, Mama Cat, Chloe, Dutchess; Aunt Barbara and Uncle Danny; grandma, Shuey; special friend, Xavier; but everyone was her friend.

It was a privilege and honor to know this fur baby. Whereas I don’t usually like big dogs this one stole my heart from the beginning. I love you Winter and I always will. I’m sure you have added joy to every life you touched. You will so be missed
