Luci was gotcha’d by her family in June of 2013 in Spartanburg, SC. She passed away on October 3, 2024.
Luci, also known as “Lulu,” “Lucifer, her full name when she was bad,” but mostly just “Luci,” loved her fluffy blanket. Her favorite activities were riding in the car, taking walks, and protecting her mama and sister Bella.
Her favorite place to sleep was on the couch during the day and on her mommy’s pillow at night. Her favorite food was sliced cheese and lunch meat. She would sit at her mommy’s feet every night when she made sandwiches for lunches for the next day and would get pieces of each. Any time she heard a cheese wrapper or a ziploc open, she would come running to the kitchen.
Their favorite memory of her was how she would crawl into her mommy’s lap during a thunderstorm because she was scared of storms. She always protected her any other time, but when a storm came she would run to mommy to protect her.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Jamie and Mandy Gattis; siblings, Bella and Aiden.
