Gizmo Bolden

Gizmo was born on November 3, 2010 in Elizabeth City, NC. He passed away on January 8, 2025.

Gizmo, also known as “Gizzy,” “Buddy,” and “My Boy,” loved playing with his Blue and Green Ball he has had since his first Christmas. His favorite activities were rolling around in the grass, especially after a bath. In his earlier days he loved to run really fast through the house. They called it the Shih Tzu 100. His favorite place to sleep was in his bed, no matter where we put it. His favorite food was peanut butter and sweet potatoes.

They had so many wonderful and funny memories with Gizmo over the last 14 years. When he was young, every night at bed time, he would jump on his mommy’s bed and lay his head on her chest just for a few minutes then he would go to his bed. But most of our great memories were spent in Elizabeth City, NC at his Grandma Helen’s house. She has helped take great care of him. Our Boy was loved and will truly be missed.

Left to cherish his memory is his mom, Nichelle Bolden; siblings, Jakiya and Raegan.
