Sophia Beaty

Sophia was born March 28, 2008 in Monroe, NC. She passed away on March 17, 2025.

Sophia, also known as “Sophie,” loved playing with sticks with feathers, ribbons, and bells on the end.  Bells made her crazy!! They could never put a collar on her with bells! 😜 Her favorite activity was sleeping. Her favorite place to sleep was on top of the sofa upstairs….by the window. She liked to look out and see what was happening outside. Her favorite food was rotisserie chicken…she always came running when she heard it being opened up and chopped.

Their favorite memories of her were when she would jump up and hug them. The way she would chirp when she came into a room and wanted your attention.  She loved the bathtub…never saw a cat love a bathtub! But the most of all was how loving and sweet she was.  She always had a scratchy kiss for you. She was a beautiful baby.😪💔

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Bettie and Kirk Beaty; siblings, Adam and Andrew; fur-siblings, Molly, Kevin, and Simon.
