Tootie was gotcha’d by her family at just 6 weeks old on February 14, 2010 from the Kershaw County Humane Society. She passed away on May 28, 2025.
Tootie, also known as “Poopa-Toot,” and “Ma-ma,” loved anything for Tug of War. Her favorite activity was playing tag with her humans! Her favorite place to sleep was next to her human Mom, Penny. Her favorite food was ANYTHING! She wasn’t picky. She especially loved duck jerky.
Their favorite memories of her were that she was their family companion, working dog and partner. She conducted thorough perimeter checks, hunted moles to keep the yard flat and green, and protected her human and dog family members! She very much preferred to peacefully oversee her property, but she’d run anyone off that encroached her perimeter in an aggressive way (this included fighting off aggressive animals trying to attack any of her family). She was a true protector, companion, and mole hunter extraordinaire!
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Chris and Penny Lloyd; siblings, JT, Jacob, and Shannon; fur-siblings, Luna Lou and Bun Bun Rose (doggie sissies).
