In Loving Memory of Vincent Tanner
November 9, 2023 – October 26, 2025
Forever Our Sweet Boy 🐾💛
Born in late autumn and adopted on a chilly January day in 2025 from the Darlington County Humane Society, Vincent Tanner brought sunshine and joy into every corner of his home. From the moment he arrived, he wrapped his family — Charity and Dylan, along with his human siblings Brayden, Juni, and Finley — in love, laughter, and countless purrs.
Vincent quickly became the heart of the family. His pet siblings Smokey, Salem, and Uno adored him, and his humans could always count on his soft meows, warm snuggles, and affectionate little “conversations.” He was especially known for “talking” to Mom while she baked treats, as if he were supervising the process and making sure something delicious would fall his way.

When it came time to relax, Vincent’s favorite spots were Mom’s blanket, the bottom of Finley’s crib (but only when Finley wasn’t in it!), or a warm patch of sunlight streaming through the window. He loved the simple things — the warmth of his family nearby, a good nap, and a lickable cat treat tube to top it all off.
Among the many cherished memories are the moments of snuggling on the couch or bed, his gentle hugs and kisses, and the way he would rub against Dad’s beard in the most endearing way. Vincent also had quite the personality — never shy about reminding everyone when his food bowl was running low!
He may have only spent a short time on this earth, but Vincent made an enormous impact. His love was pure, his spirit bright, and his presence filled his family’s home with warmth and laughter.

Rest peacefully, sweet Vincent.
You will forever be remembered for your soft purrs, your sunny naps, and the joy you brought to your family’s hearts. Until you’re reunited across the Rainbow Bridge, may you bask in endless sunshine and love. 🌈🐱💛
