🌟 In Loving Memory of Max Stonestreet🌟
April 2011 – November 9, 2025
Max Stonestreet began his life in Kansas City, Missouri, but his true home—and his true purpose—began the day he was welcomed into the loving arms of Josh and Diana Stonestreet. From that moment on, Max became so much more than a pet; he became family, a gentle presence woven into every chapter of their lives.
Affectionately known as Maxie, he grew up alongside his human siblings Hunter, Lucas, Charlotte, and Hannah, as well as his four-legged brothers Randy the Doberman and Richie the Goldendoodle. Max wasn’t a big fan of toys, but he didn’t need them—his joy came from playing with the kids, being by their side, and snuggling close whenever he could. His happiest place was always wherever his family was.
Max’s favorite spot to rest was in bed with Lucas, where he slept peacefully knowing he was safe, loved, and exactly where he belonged. And when it came to food, Max had no favorites—because he loved all food and treats equally. Every meal, every bite, was a celebration for him.
Some of Max’s most cherished memories are those first moments with his family. When they brought him home, he was tiny, curious, and full of quiet sweetness. And later, when Lucas and the twins came home as newborns, Max greeted them with that same gentle curiosity—sniffing their little baby carriers, welcoming them as if he instantly understood they were now his to watch over. He was a natural big brother, endlessly patient and loving.
Max spent his life doing what he did best: offering comfort, companionship, and joy. He was incredibly good with the kids, always soft and steady, and he grew up alongside them in the most beautiful way. His presence made their home warmer, their childhoods sweeter, and their days brighter.
Maxie will be remembered for his calm spirit, his unconditional love, and the special way he wove himself into every heart in his family. Though he has crossed the Rainbow Bridge, the memories he created—tiny puppy paws, bedtime snuggles, curious little sniffs, and endless love—will live on forever.
Run free, sweet Maxie. Thank you for every moment of love.
Your family will always carry you in their hearts.
