Born in Cobleskill, New York, on June 9, 2011, Dillinger Reichlin—affectionately known as Dilly Dilly, Poppy, and Little Man—filled the lives of his parents, Eddie and Lisa Reichlin, with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. From puppyhood through his golden years, Dillinger was a constant source of joy and companionship.

Dillinger shared a special bond with his sisters Lilly (who passed on March 6, 2025) and Sophie. In his younger days, some of his happiest moments were spent chasing his blue rubber ball and playing in the snow with Lilly, their paws leaving memories as deep as the drifts they ran through.

He loved the comfort of routine and the safety of home, often found curled up peacefully in his bed, content and secure. Treats were always a favorite, and Dillinger never missed a chance to enjoy them with enthusiasm and gratitude.

His family will always cherish so many special memories:

• Watching him and Lilly play during their first Long Island blizzard, discovering snow together.
• The day curiosity got the better of him and he fell into the pool—prompting life jackets and plenty of laughter afterward.
• Driving cross-country to Arizona, trying (and failing) to convince him to wear booties in the desert heat.
• And the priceless, hilarious facial expressions he made whenever something puzzled or surprised him—expressions that could instantly turn a moment into laughter.

Dillinger was more than a pet; he was a loyal friend, a gentle soul, and a beloved member of the family. His presence brought warmth to every season, and his memory will live on in every smile, every story, and every quiet moment when he is felt near.

Rest easy, sweet Dillinger.
You were deeply loved and will be forever missed. 🌈🐾💙
