Wobbles came into our lives in the most unexpected way, found in the road by a kind stranger who believed he had been hurt and brought him to the vet—where fate placed us in the same room at the same time. What we discovered instead was a tiny soul with cerebellar hyperplasia, a condition that gave him his signature wobble and the name that would come to mean so much to us.
Though his steps were unsteady, Wobbles’ spirit never was. From the moment we brought him home, he showed us that he was not defined by his condition. He adapted, persevered, and filled our home with love in ways only a truly special cat could. He was strong, resilient, and endlessly endearing—our little fighter.
In his final year, Wobbles faced new challenges with seizures that eventually became too much for his small body to bear. Despite every effort and all the love surrounding him, he passed peacefully in the early hours of December 23. His journey was shorter than we ever wanted, but the impact he made will last a lifetime.
Wobbles was our special baby—not just because of how he walked, but because of who he was. He taught us patience, compassion, and the quiet beauty of unconditional love. Our hearts are forever changed for having known him.
