In Loving Memory of Remy K Hayes

Remy K Hayes came into this world small in size but overflowing with love. On January 18, 2021, at just six weeks old, she found her way home to her mama, Kirsten Hayes, after being discovered through a simple Facebook connection that turned into a life-changing bond. From that very moment, Remy K knew exactly where she belonged.
Known affectionately as Dunka Butt, Stank, and Bunka, Remy had a personality that filled every room she entered. She was playful, mischievous, and deeply devoted—never far from her mama’s side. At night, her favorite place was exactly where she felt safest: glued to her mama under the blankets, sharing warmth, comfort, and unconditional love.
Remy loved life’s simple pleasures—car rides, sunbathing, and long cuddles that made the world feel right. She took pride in her heavy-duty ropes (even if she eventually destroyed them) and cherished her chew bone that somehow lasted forever, just like her impact. Food was another joy of hers, especially McDonald’s cheeseburgers and anything that happened to be on her mama’s plate.
Some of the most treasured memories were the adventures—road trips, sharing nature, and that unforgettable beach trip where Remy broke her leash, proving once again that her spirit could never be contained. Every mile traveled together was filled with love, laughter, and companionship that words can barely capture.
On January 23, 2025, around 8:45 p.m., Remy crossed the Rainbow Bridge, where she was joyfully reunited with her beloved husband Draco, now together again in Heaven. Though her time on earth was far too short, the love she gave was boundless and eternal.
Until the day you meet again, sweet Remy K, know that you were deeply cherished, endlessly loved, and will forever live in your mama’s heart. 💕🐾
