Mia Bruce, lovingly known as Mia Girl, brought light, laughter, and unconditional love into the lives of Jason Bruce and Nina Gregory from the very beginning. Born on October 7, 2018, in Indian Land, South Carolina, Mia’s time here was far too short, but the love she gave was immeasurable.
Mia shared her life with her beloved siblings — Stella and Maverick, her fellow canine companions, and Maranda, her human sister. She filled their home with playful energy and sweet affection, creating memories that will forever live in their hearts.
She adored her Knobby Noggins, and nothing quite compared to the excitement of chasing a laser or stretching out in a warm sunbeam for a peaceful sunbath. When it was time to rest, Mia often found comfort tucked safely under the bed, her quiet little sanctuary. And of course, she never turned down cheese, Beggin’ Strips, or any human food that came her way.
Truck rides were pure joy for Mia, and bedtime snuggles were among her favorite parts of the day. Whether riding along for an adventure or curled up close at night, she simply wanted to be near her people.
Mia Girl’s sweet spirit, playful heart, and loving presence leave behind an ache that words cannot fully express. Though she crossed the Rainbow Bridge on February 16, 2026, her pawprints remain forever on the hearts of those who loved her.
