Andrew’s Rayla Vom Guesshaus

In Loving Memory of Andrew’s Rayla Vom Guesshaus
February 13, 2023 — March 1, 2026

Andrew’s Rayla Vom Guesshaus, lovingly known by many names — Rayla, Rayliquia, bebé de mamá, little psycho, dragon, bear, baby girl, and little monster — was a vibrant, joyful spirit who filled her home with laughter, love, and a little bit of playful chaos. Born in Mount Pleasant, Texas on February 13, 2023, Rayla joined the Andrew family on April 16, 2023, and from that moment on she became the heart of their home.

Rayla was deeply loved by her devoted parents, John Andrew and Jurelvis Andrew, and her siblings Tyler, Willow, and Percy. She was a loyal companion and guardian with a personality larger than life. Loud, affectionate, goofy, and endlessly sweet, Rayla had a way of making every day brighter for the people around her.

She loved to play — especially with balls, ropes, and stuffed toys, which rarely survived her enthusiastic adventures. Yet one special toy, her beloved bee, remained untouched and served as her comfort companion, faithfully by her side when she slept. Rayla’s favorite place in the world was the family bed, nestled beside her humans and siblings, where she could feel safe and close to the ones she loved most.

Rayla adored food in all its forms — especially chicken, ice cream, and anything lovingly prepared by Mom or Grandma. She loved car rides too, particularly when they ended with a well-earned pup cup.

Full of intelligence and spirit, Rayla proudly passed her AKC Canine Good Citizen test on December 30, 2023, though her family lovingly joked that she chose to ignore much of that training once she got home. Her mischievous side showed in moments like learning how to open the drapes so she could watch the outside world, always curious and eager to be part of everything happening around her.

Rayla had a special way of greeting the people she loved — bounding toward them with excitement and proudly offering one of her favorite stuffed animals as an invitation to play. Her joyful energy, her protective nature, and her big, expressive personality made her unforgettable to everyone who met her.

To her family, Rayla was more than a dog. She was their loud princess, the queen of the house, the light of their eyes, and their sweet baby girl. The love she gave so freely will remain forever in their hearts.

Though her time here was far too short, Rayla’s spirit will continue to live on in the memories she created, the laughter she inspired, and the love she left behind.

Rest peacefully, sweet Rayla. You will always be our baby girl. 🐾🤍
