Bonnie loved her toys, especially her beloved Bernie toy, a rabbit, and a duck. She enjoyed taking walks and, when the family lived by the river, she loved wandering the neighborhood, always curious about the world around her. One of her favorite things was riding in the car, proudly sitting in the front passenger seat and enjoying every adventure alongside her family.
As she grew older, Bonnie traded her spot in the bed for a comfortable place on her chaise lounge or on the floor beside her mom’s bed, always wanting to remain close to the people she loved most.
When it came to food, Bonnie wasn’t picky. She loved anything and everything, especially treats. But the greatest joys in her life were the simple moments spent with her family — lounging on the couch together, going for rides, and keeping watch over the people she cherished.
One of the family’s favorite memories dates back to when they first brought Bonnie home and she promptly bit Hank, making quite the first impression. Thankfully, that was only the beginning of a lifetime of memories, laughter, and love. Bonnie grew into a devoted guardian who took her job seriously. She made it clear that no one was getting into the yard without her approval. She was fiercely protective of her family and always watched over them with unwavering loyalty.
Bonnie’s love was steady, her presence comforting, and her devotion unmatched. The house feels quieter without her, but the memories she created will live on forever.
Merry will miss her dearly, but she takes comfort in knowing how deeply Bonnie was loved and how much love she gave in return.
