Luke Wright

In Loving Memory of Luke Wright
October 31, 2013 — July 19, 2026

Luke Wright, affectionately known as Fat Daddy, was a loyal best friend, a devoted family member, and the kind of dog whose love made every day a little brighter. For nearly thirteen wonderful years, he filled his home with laughter, comfort, and unforgettable memories that will be treasured forever.

Luke was deeply loved by his moms, Debra and Chani, and adored his human brothers, Kanye and Jaden. To them, Luke wasn’t just a pet—he was the heart of the family and truly the love of their lives.

Luke had a playful spirit that never faded. His favorite toy was his little squirrel, and one of his favorite pastimes was chasing his tiny hamster sibling, Nila, as she rolled around safely in her exercise ball. Watching Luke happily follow her around always brought smiles and laughter to everyone lucky enough to witness it.

When it came to food, Luke knew exactly what he liked. Corn dogs and hamburgers were at the top of his list, and he was always hopeful that someone might be willing to share a bite.

At the end of each day, Luke’s favorite place in the world was curled up beside his mommy, Debra. Being close to the people he loved was all he ever needed to be completely happy.

Luke’s life was filled with simple moments that became extraordinary because he was there. Whether he was playing with his squirrel toy, chasing Nila around the house, begging for one of his favorite treats, or simply lying beside his family, he had a way of making every day feel special. His gentle heart, loyal companionship, and unconditional love created memories that will never fade.

Though saying goodbye is one of life’s greatest heartbreaks, Luke leaves behind a lifetime of love that will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him. The house may feel quieter now, but the joy he brought and the love he gave will always remain.

Run free, sweet Fat Daddy. May there always be endless fields to explore, little squirrels to chase, corn dogs and hamburgers waiting just for you, and peaceful places to rest beside those you love. Thank you for thirteen beautiful years of loyalty, laughter, and unconditional love. You will forever be cherished, deeply missed, and never forgotten. 🐾🤍
