In Loving Memory of Scout Haigh

Scout Haigh, lovingly known as “Scout About” and “Boo Boo Puppy,” was a loyal and adventurous companion whose playful spirit and loving heart brought so much happiness to his family. From the day he joined his forever home in Lugoff in 2018, Scout became a cherished part of the lives of his parents, Drew and Ashly Haigh, his human brothers Jacob and Harrison, and his dog sister, Mae.
Scout loved being outside where there was always something new to discover. Going for walks, sniffing every interesting scent, tracking, and playing fetch were some of his favorite ways to spend the day. Of course, no adventure was complete without plenty of snacks and a good belly rub afterward.
When it was time to settle down, Scout knew exactly how to get comfortable. His favorite way to sleep was burrowed beneath a blanket, tucked away in his own cozy little spot. He also loved his popcorn and chewies, treats that were always sure to make him happy.
Scout’s family may not be able to choose just one favorite memory, because the years they shared were filled with so many special moments. From everyday walks and games of fetch to quiet evenings curled beneath a blanket, it was the simple moments with Scout that became some of the most meaningful.
His companionship, curious spirit, and unconditional love will be deeply missed, but the happiness he brought to his family will always remain.
