In Loving Memory of Max Rowe
February 15, 2016 — July 22, 2026
Max Rowe was a handsome, loyal boy whose love and devotion brought comfort and security to his human mom, Rebecca Rowe, for many wonderful years. Born in Elgin, South Carolina, Max was the son of Rebecca’s beloved Little Mama, and he carried every one of his mother’s markings, making their special connection easy to see.
Max shared his life with his sisters, Cozi and Viola, who loved their brother dearly and continue to look for him. As a puppy, Max loved to play, but after Rebecca’s husband passed away, something in him seemed to change. He understood that he had an important job to do—protect his home, watch over his mom, and take care of his sisters. It was a job he took seriously and did faithfully for the rest of his life.
Max loved running through the yard, checking every corner and making sure nothing was out of place. At night, he and his sisters would sleep around Rebecca’s bed, surrounding her with their presence and making her feel safe.
Max was more than a beloved dog; he was Rebecca’s protector, companion, and sweet boy. His absence is deeply felt not only by his mom, but by Cozi and Viola, who miss their brother beside them.
“I love you, my sweet boy, and so do the girls. You were so loved, and you will be missed more than words can say.”
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever Mom’s handsome protector. 🐾🤍
