Violet Kyzer

In Loving Memory of Violet Kyzer

June 10, 2026 — September 29, 2026

Violet Kyzer may have been tiny, but from the very beginning, she showed everyone just how mighty she was. Born in Ridgeway, South Carolina, Violet was the runt of her litter, but she certainly didn’t let her size slow her down. She was the first to open her eyes, first to walk, and first to eat real dog food. Her sister Norah said Violet was born with a “twinkle in her eye,” and that little spark stayed with her throughout her life.

Violet was deeply loved by her human parents, Addison and Andrea Kyzer, and her dog parents, Petunia and Steve Kyzer. She shared her family with Aunt Daisy, brother Uno, sister Norah, and brothers Kirk, Tomas, and Theodore.

Sweet Violet also had a feisty side, earning her the nickname “Violent Violet” when she played a little too rough. She loved chewing on Aunt Daisy’s Lamb Chop toy, playing with Dad, and snuggling with her fur dad, brother, and Aunt Daisy. At bedtime, she was happiest curled up in bed surrounded by the other furbabies she loved.

Violet’s life was far shorter than anyone wanted, but every day she had was filled with love. She was a fighter from the beginning and fought bravely until the very end. In just a few short months, this tiny girl left an enormous mark on the hearts of her family.

Violet never had to wonder how it felt to be loved. Love was all she ever knew.

Tiny but mighty. Forever loved. Forever remembered as the little puppy with the twinkle in her eye. 🐾🤍
