ELGIN-Riley Blizzard, 16, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 7, 2021. He was born in Columbia on February 13, 2005.
Riley, also know as Peanut, was a Dachshund. His favorite thing to do was go camping and play with a ball. He loved to eat French Fries and carrots and his favorite place to sleep was his bed. Riley enjoyed going to James Island and hated going to the vet! He was always there to meet his parents at the door.
Left to cherish his memories are his parents Teresa and Bill Blizzard.
