CAMDEN- Prissy Osteen, 13, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 2, 2022. Born in 2009, she was a Chihuahua.
Prissy was preceded in death by her mama, Frances Osteen. When Fran passed in 2012, her son, Tony Osteen took Prissy in and cared for her until she crossed the rainbow bridge.
She leaves to cherish her memory her dad, Tony Osteen (Bev) of Camden.
