ELGIN- Sadie Swaney, 13, passed away on peacefully surrounded by family on June 24, 2022. Born in Barnardsville, N.C. on December 25, 2008, she was a beagle.
Sadie enjoyed belly surfing on the rug with his sister, Madison, going on camping trips, and riding in trucks between mom and dad. Her favorite place to sleep was in her daddy’s Lazy Boy recliner. Sadie loved to eat fish, green beans, blueberry and pumpkin treats. Her favorite toy was a squeaky squirrel.
Left to cherish her memory was her parents, Chad and Dawn Swaney; and a sister, Madison.
Some of her families’ favorite memories was of playing little piggy with her paws and opening her own gifts on her birthdays and Christmas.

This is your Auntie Heather and I wanted to tell you that you were and are loved so much. I am going to miss your little piggy games, rubbing your belly on the floor and everything about you. To your Mom, Dad and Sister, just know she is watching over you always and she will one day see you again. She is having the Best Time with Dad. We love you all and will miss Sadie so much❤️
