Eyore Williams

BISHOPVILLE-Eyore strolled into the Williams home while being remodeled in the year 2007. He immediately claimed them as his family and was named Eyore by his human sister even though he was a neighbors cat whose name was actually Travis. After a brief 3 day trip for Eyore (and a session removing stickers from his fur) the Williams family ended up adopting him with the neighbors approval.

Eyore spent about 9 years as an outdoor cat during the day and had his own little porch to sleep in at night. He always, always made his way inside at night. Eyore was a very dominant cat. Other cats cowered down just at the sight of him. Perhaps because of his bright orange color he was very proud. He carried himself as a little lion would with attitude and a little arrogance as he knew he was the king of their yard.

Even though Eyore loved his entire human family his person was his human mom. He would not let her out of his sight if she was outside. At about age 9 Eyore had a run in with another cat and was injured in battle. He was cared for inside the home and never touched dirt again. Eyore was loved and cared for another 7 or so years in the Williams home where he was a permanent fixture on his mom’s lap. He will forever be their little man. He will always be their one and only lap cat. He will forever be in their hearts .
