Columbia, SC – Hercules Aponte-Quiles, 11yrs, passed away on March 22, 2023. Hercules was born on October 26, 2011, in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Hercules, also more commonly known as “Buddy or Bubba” was full of life and loved creating memories with family that will last forever. He enjoyed sunbathing and staring through the window, watching anything that caught his attention. His favorite toy was playing with and chewing on his sister Natalia’s shoes. Like all dogs he liked to nap and found comfort sleeping in the living room by his mama’s feet. Next to shoes it seemed his favorite actual food was cheese, all types of it. He just liked cheese!
Some of the Quiles’ family favorite memories of Hercules are watching and seeing him lay on his back, sunbathing in the yard. They adored casting tennis balls and watching him chase after them and listening to him snore or seeing his reactions when he dreamed. Hercules is survived by his human sister Natalia, grandmother Vilma, and Parents Erick and Nicole Aponte-Quiles.
