Ozzy “Bubby” Scott

Charlotte, NC – It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ozzy Scott, 13 yrs. Ozzy passed away surrounded by his fur-ever family on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.

Ozzy Scott, also know as “Bubby” was born in Fort Mill, SC on December 28, 2009. Bubby was full of life and loved creating memories with family that will last forever. His favorite thing to do was snuggle. He loved affection from his mom and dad, sister and brother, and Brawley, his best friend and fur brother. He enjoyed playing with Brawley and chasing squirrels when he wasn’t sleeping or snuggling with family. Blue boy was his favorite toy and would keep him entertained for hours when he couldn’t play outside. Bubby could sleep anywhere if he could snuggle with his favorite humans. His favorite place to sleep was in bed with mom and dad, and when he couldn’t, he was found in the bonus room snuggling with his brother Zach or out by the pool with his sister Sydney. Ozzy enjoyed all types of food and really relished Greenies brand treats and Chicken.

There are too many memories to write about, but some of the most memorable ones include watching Ozzy opening Christmas presents and playing at the beach in St. Augustine, FL digging for treasures. He would often and frequently lay with mom in their favorite chair to relax from an exhausting day. Ozzy Scott is survived by his fur-brother Brawley, human sister Sydney, human brother Zach, and his parents Beverly and Jeff Scott.

Ozzy “Bubby” Scott. You will be missed, and a million years would not have been enough time with you!  You and your memories will remain in our hearts forever!

My little furry nephew, Ozzy, never lost his spunk! He loved to play and never grew out of the “puppy stage,” even in his later years. He had the sweetest personality and always had a smile on his face, especially when his beloved humans were around. And there is no one he loved better than his human Mama Bev. He would get so excited when she would come home and didn’t want to leave her side. We could all learn a lot from “Bubby!” Love your Mama, be kind, play hard, smile and never lose your spunk! Rest peacefully, Oz. We love you!

Beverly hardest pain in the world. My sweet Capri passed last May. I haven’t had the strength to post anything. I believe I will on her upcoming 1 year not in my life.

You gave me strength to write about my sweet baby Capri.

    Love hugs and prayers.

  3. Sweet Ozzy always greeted me with his brother Brawley when I would arrive with such a warm exciting welcome and visited me in the mornings in Syd’s room as I got ready when I stayed over! What a sweet boy and his send off was a perfect tribute! Love and hugs to you as you miss his sweet snuggles.

    1. Thank so much Bevy! Love you and so thankful for your friendship and times with Bubby! Miss you ❤️

I only met Ozzy a few weeks ago while visiting his Mom and Dad at their home. I heard a lot of stories from his
Mom and Nana. He was a beautiful dog and loved his furry brother. He really loved his entire family. Zack came
to his Mom’s and brought both Ozzy and Bradley. Boy did they give their Mommy and Daddy a lot of loving.
Very, Very Special. I know he will be greatly missed. Always remember the happy times not the sad times.
My prayers are with all of you.
