LEXINGTON- Wesson Baker, 8, passed away on July 5, 2023 at 4:44 pm. Wesson was born on January 18, 2015 in Laurens County.
Wesson, also known as “Wessy Bessy,” “Golden Eye” or “Webber,” enjoyed playing soccer. He was a pro and a cheater. He would put the ball in his mouth and run away with it. Wesson’s favorite place to sleep was on his couch and he loved eating peanut butter. He would play with his stuffed cow that said “Grandma loves Wesson” when he squeezed the foot. Some of the favorite memories of Wesson are when Lisa told him the baby was here. He would run to the door with his sister, Mila, and his whole body would shake including his tale. He was so excited to see his baby (Lisa,s daughter, Alex).
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Alexandria Baker and Lisa S. Baker; and siblings, Mila and Troy Baker.

He was a great looking guy…I’m sure he will be missed by his family…It’s very difficult to lose a beloved pet,
but one day you will wake up and instead of sadness you will remember all the great memories you have had
with him, and you will be at peace….
