ELGIN- Salem O’Kelley passed away on July 23, 2023. She was born in West Columbia, SC in April of 2003.
Salem, also known as “Titter Titter,” enjoyed sleeping and eating, especially any flavor chewy treats. Her favorite toy was a Feather on a stick, and she loved to sleep on her comfy gray bed or her mom’s lap. Her mom’s favorite memories are of when she was in college and had to study, Salem would always walk across her book or laptop and plop down on it, demanding pets and snuggles. For which she always got 🙂
Left to cherish her memory are her parents Whitney and Casey O’Kelley; niece, Lailah; and fur-siblings, Turdie and Duff.

Salem was a kitten all the way up and until she left us. We should all be so lucky as to live such a wonderful life, full of all the love, treats and nose-to-nose boops a cat could want.
She was preceded in death by her littermate & brother “Pearl”, who once we realized was a boy came to be known as P-Earl, Purrl, and P-Kitty.
