ELGIN- Layla Meyers passed away on July 22, 2023. Layla was adopted in 2010 from the Two Notch Road Animal Clinic. Layla, also known as “MooBear,” “Princess Layla” or “Moo,” enjoyed “Sunning Her Buns” in the yard. She did this by finding the warmest spot in the yard to bird watch and guard the neighborhood.
