LUGOFF- Scarlett passed away August 14, 2023. She was born December 19, 2008.
Scarlett’s favorite thing to do was going to the beach and riding the golf cart with her daddy.
Whenever Scarlett wasn’t playing with her favorite Minnie Mouse toy or eating pumpkin, her favorite snack, you could usually find her napping next to her dad or in bed with her parents.
Some of their favorite memories of Scarlett included beach trips, going to Lake Murray, and she loved the Lugoff firetruck with Santa, They made a big deal out of that with her.
Left to cherish her memory are her mom and dad, C.T. and Marie Rabon.

I thank you and got a giggle out of me riding in the front of the golf cart with her daddy. She would yelp like someone was hurting her when I tried to ride with them.
So sorry for your loss of Scarlett💔. She was a beautiful girl and I know she left tiny big small 🐾 prints on you and CT’s hearts. I wish I could have met her. I loved seeing her pics with all her cute little outfits. Run Scarlett run 🙏🙏🙏

I am so sorry for the loss of Scarlett. She was so well loved by y’all. I loved seeing her cute little outfits. She was a very well loved little baby. She knew she was loved and had the best life she could ever have! It’s so hard losing our fur babies like that. We had two we loved dearly. I said that’s it. We wasn’t going through that again. Our son and his wife used Peaceful Paws Mortuary and was very impressed with them. She wears a necklace of some of her ashes every single day and the rest is in an urn. There’s so many options you can do with your loved babies. My heart goes out to you. It may not help now but you will cherish in knowing she knew she was well loved and you have the pictures to look back on. I’m praying for both you and CT. May God bless y’all in the days ahead.
