CAMDEN- Dakota was born September 25, 2017. She passed away November 1, 2023.
Dakota, more commonly known as “Kota, or “Moma” loved playing with her monkey and her daddy.
Dakota liked to eat steak and sleep on her bed.
Her family had many memories of Dakota, but all of them were the absolute best.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Andrew and Nicole Chvala; and siblings, Hannah, Brycen, Emma, and Eli.
