Chester was born in March, 2008 and gotcha’d on May 1, 2009. He passed away December 28, 2023.
Chester, also known as “Bed Monster,” “Bubby,” or “Chester The Molester” loved hiking, snuggling, and getting the zoomies. His favorite place to sleep was in someone’s lap or his mama’s bed. His favorite things to snack on were pig ears or stuffed dog bones!
Chester’s family had so many memories of him. His mama’s favorite was when he decided to get a random tennis ball out of a muddy pond. He had to snorkel dive straight down into the bottom of the mud to find the ball that nobody else even knew was there. His dad’s was on Christmas he used to investigate his stocking to see what new toys, collar, or clothes he might have received. He would insist on trying on his new collar, and then make sure to be extremely involved in supervising everyone else opening their gifts. Rose, his sister’s, was when after moving a day bed into her room (that Chester loved to take naps on) he decided to take naps in her room. She did not expect this at all! Lastly, her brother Pierce’s favorite memory of him was him always loving to take naps with him.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Krystal and Steve; siblings, Rose and Pierce; dog-siblings, Gemini, Dredd, Doggie-Doo, CT, and Wrinkles; and cat-siblings, Meow, Willie, Ragamuffin, JackJack, Cricket, Ember, Scar, and Elmer Fudd.
