LUGOFF- Jake Conrad passed away on January 5, 2024. He was born on May 13, 2018 in Greenville, S.C.
Jake enjoyed hanging out and playing outside. He loved to play with his squeaky rabbit and sleep in the living room on his “My Pillow” bed. His favorite food was pizza and anything with meat. The family has too many great memories of Jake to pick a favorite one!
Surviving are his parents, David and Cheri Conrad; and a sister, Stephanie.
