Rocky Edwards passed away on January 17th, 2024. Rocky was born July 4, 2010 at Circle D Farms in Gaffney, SC.
Rocky, also known as, “the lellow one” and “Scooby” (for his fear of the dark), was well loved by the Edwards household. In his 13 1/2 years he helped raise 3 children- Trey (23), Brandon (22) and Kaylee (15). He was the sweetest, kindest, smartest and gentlest companion. He was often a cushion for the kids to lay on as they watched tv. He was always 2 feet away from them. He played outside and sat by the swing set protecting them always.
Rocky would love to steal the football, baseball or soccer ball whenever he had the chance making the boys chase him to get it back. Rocky just made every single day better. Rocky was one of our biggest blessings.
Rocky’s favorite spot outside was on the front porch where he would lay for hours with his brother Kody. His favorite place to sleep was at the end of his sister Kaylee’s bed. Rocky enjoyed riding in his dads truck.

Rocky’s favorite food was Purina One Chicken. Rocky loved Milkbone chewy treats and anything mom would sneak him from the table.
Rocky also helped raise a lab puppy (Kody) and a shishon (Lucy). He made sure they were always protected when they were outside. Rocky was a very special part of the Edwards family who will be greatly missed and remembered forever. The impact he had on our hearts will forever remain.
Left to cherish Rockys memory are his mom, Amy, his dad, Carlton, his siblings- Trey, Brandon and Kaylee. Rocky also has 2 fursiblings, Kody and Lucy.
The family would like to thank Dr. Hamilton Tetterton and his staff. They took great care of Rocky and helped him be comfortable in his final days giving the family just a little bit longer to spoil him.
They would also like to thank Chewy. Chewy always made sure Rockys food and treats were delivered on time and he enjoyed seeing the UPS man dropping them off.
And to Peaceful Paws for helping with our final arrangements.
