In Loving Memory of Savannah Brown
Summer 2009 β May 25, 2026
Savannah Brown was a beautiful, independent spirit who found her way into the hearts of her family after being discovered as a stray in Camden, South Carolina. What began as a chance encounter grew into years of love, companionship, and memories that will be treasured forever.
Savannah was deeply loved by her humans, Jeremy and Dawn Brown, and her human sibling Ethan Brown and his wife Tami. Waiting for her at the Rainbow Bridge are her beloved canine siblings, Tico and Lucy, who preceded her in passing.
Savannah was a cat who knew exactly what she wanted and wasn’t shy about letting everyone know. She was wonderfully vocal and spent much of her life happily bossing everyone around, making sure her opinions were heard. Her family quickly learned that Savannah was always in charge, and honestly, she wouldn’t have had it any other way.
She loved spending time outdoors, exploring her surroundings and soaking in the fresh air. When she wasn’t outside, she could often be found indoors enjoying one of her many favorite napping spots, peacefully resting after a busy day of supervising the household.
Savannah enjoyed simple pleasures, especially playing with feathers and toy mice, and she never turned down her favorite treats. Tuna and Temptations treats were always at the top of her menu and guaranteed to get her attention.
One of Savannah’s most beloved quirks was her dramatic habit of acting as though she was being chased up a tree, turning ordinary moments into entertaining performances that left her family smiling. It was just one of the many things that made her uniquely Savannah.
For nearly seventeen years, Savannah filled her family’s home with her strong personality, her voice, her affection, and her unmistakable presence. Though her favorite nap spots now sit empty, the memories she created will continue to bring comfort and smiles for years to come.
Run free, sweet Savannah. May there be endless sunny places to nap, plenty of trees to climb, and all the tuna and treats your heart desires. You were deeply loved, and you will be dearly missed. πΎπ€π±
