In Loving Memory of Iris Johnson
A Beloved Companion for 14 Wonderful Years
Iris Johnson was a beautiful soul whose gentle spirit, loving heart, and sweet nature touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Born in Gaston, South Carolina, Iris spent her life surrounded by love with her devoted mom, Alaina Johnson. She shared a special bond with her beloved sister and best friend, Isis, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge in 2025. Waiting to welcome Iris with wagging tails and open paws were her cherished Chihuahua companions, Duke and Diablo, who surely greeted her with joy as she made her journey to paradise.

Iris had a gift for making people feel loved. She never met a stranger and would happily curl up in anyone’s lap, offering gentle kisses and soaking up affection. Her sweet and affectionate nature made her a favorite among family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of meeting her.
She loved posing for pictures and seemed to know exactly how beautiful she was. Whether she was striking a pose for the camera or curled up peacefully beside her sister Isis, Iris carried herself with grace and charm.
Her favorite place to sleep was snuggled close to Isis, sharing warmth, comfort, and companionship. And when it came to treats, nothing made her happier than her beloved cans of Friskies.
Iris brought comfort, joy, and unconditional love into the lives of those around her. Her gentle purrs, loving kisses, and sweet presence made every day brighter. She was the kind of cat who left pawprints not only on laps but also on hearts.
Though her family’s hearts are broken by her loss, they find comfort in knowing that Iris is reunited with those she loved and is forever at peace.
Beautiful Iris, you were loved by all who knew you. Thank you for every cuddle, every kiss, and every precious memory. You will be deeply missed, forever cherished, and always remembered. 🐾🤍🐱
