Mo Donahoe

In Loving Memory of Mo Donahoe

June 20, 2011 (approx.) — October 8, 2026

Mo Donahoe, originally given the name Moses, was a sweet, loving girl with a personality much bigger than her little paws. Believed to have been born on June 20, 2011, in Columbia, South Carolina, Mo found her forever family on July 1, 2011, when she was discovered in the backyard of her loving parents, Joe and Rikki Donahoe. From that day forward, she became the center of their world, filling their home with laughter, companionship, and unconditional love.

Mo was a special girl who had a talent that never failed to amaze her family—she loved playing fetch! Her favorite toys were small, soft balls that she would proudly bring to Joe and Rikki, patiently waiting for them to throw one. She would chase it down, bring it right back, and be ready to do it all over again. Mo could play for hours, often wearing her parents out long before she was ready to stop!

When she wasn’t busy playing ball, Mo enjoyed sitting in the window, watching the birds outside. She also loved curling up in bed with her parents, where she felt happiest and most loved.

Mo had some funny little quirks that made her unforgettable. When it came to food, she preferred licking the sauce off meat rather than eating the meat itself. Joe and Rikki often joked that they had the world’s only vegetarian cat! And although Mo was small, she certainly knew how to run the household. She loved bossing her parents around, and they wouldn’t have had it any other way.

For more than fifteen years, Mo gave Joe and Rikki a love that was pure, constant, and freely given. They will forever treasure the games of fetch, the warm cuddles, her funny demands, and all the little moments that made life with her so special.

Mo may have first appeared as a tiny kitten in their backyard, but she grew to fill a place in their hearts that can never be replaced. She wasn’t just their cat—she was their family, their happiness, and their little girl.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever Joe and Rikki’s sweet Mo. 🐾🤍
